Do You Have (ex) Tenants That Owe You Money?
If so, you have come to the right place. TVS has forged an alliance with Fidelity Information Corporation that will transform your tenant debts into cash in your bank account.
OPTION 1: CONTINGENCY COLLECTION:
This is called "Contingency Collections". We aggressively pursue your tenant collections through all legal and ethical means available. And we are only paid if we are successful at collecting your tenant debt. If for any reason we are not successful, there is no cost or risk to you at all. Here are a few ways that we will start generating cash from your tenant debt:
- Immediately report your (ex) tenants to all three major credit bureaus.
- Send letters and make phone calls to your ex-tenants, demanding payment of your debt.
- Do a "skip trace" to find your ex-tenants who seem to have disappeared.
- Wage garnishments and asset confiscation, where it is allowed.
- Electronic surveillance of your ex-tenants so that we can monitor their financial status and successfully collect your debts when we know they have money.
We do all this (and much more) at no cost to you unless we are successful. If we are successful in collecting your tenant debts, we will keep 50% of whatever we collect. All this is spelled out in our simple one-page Agreement.
Signing up for Contingency Collections is very simple. All you need to do is send a copy of your tenant debt file to us, along with a copy of our signed agreement. We do the rest! Click below and follow the instructions:
Option 1: CONTINGENCY COLLECTIONS
Important Note: In addition to submitting your debtors for collection, please remember to report them to TVS's database. You're smart to perform tenant screening and tenant check before your tenants rent from you. But some tenants will surprise you and leave owing you money. Reporting these debtors to atenantscreen.com's database (in addition to submitting them to Fidelity for collection) will help you in recovering your debt, because landlords throughout North America use this service regularly when reviewing tenant applications.
OPTION 2: COLLECT THE DEBTS YOURSELF:
Fidelity and TVS have teamed up to help you collect your own tenant debt without paying a contingency fee to us or any other collection agency. Essentially, we have created an online, self-service collection agency. Here you can collect your unpaid rental fees and any other money owed to you by your ex tenants.
All you have to do is visit our secure web site and enter your ex-tenant's information. Then we immediately send them collection letters, demanding payment of their debt to you. We also report your ex tenants to all three major credit bureaus. Your ex tenants are instructed to pay you directly. You keep 100% of all money collected. We never touch your money.
How are we paid, you ask?
Instead of charging you a contingency fee when we collect your debt, we charge you a small, flat fee up front to cover our costs of sending the letters and reporting your ex tenants to all three major credit bureaus. The fee ranges from $16.95 to $26.95, depending upon how many letters you want us to send.
If your ex tenants do not pay after receiving these letters and getting reported to the credit bureaus, you can then "roll them over" to our contingency based collections. We will then literally pursue them on your behalf as long as humanly possible!
There is no requirement for you to use this self-service collection agency. We simply provide it as a courtesy to help save you money.
Option 2: COLLECT TENANT DEBTS
Important Note: In addition to submitting your debtors for collection, please remember to report them to tenantverification.com's database.
