Membership
1. You must Sign Up to become a member; there is no cost for this. However, there is a
membership & confidentiality agreement that you need to review and agree to before you can use the
Service. TVS must establish your Identity and your permissible purpose for obtaining Consumer
information.
2. You must fax or email documents as per the membership application confirming rental property ownership and documents that identify who you are before the account can be activated.

LANDLORD must provide ALL of the following documents:
- 1- Proof of ownership for rental property
- Deed OR Title OR Mortgage Document for the rental Property
AND
- Insurance document OR utility bill in your name for the rental property
- 2- Proof of ownership for current residence
- Telephone or cell phone bill listing your name and your current residence.
- 3- Proof of identification
- Clear copy of your valid driver's license.
NOTICE: TVS requires documentation in Compliance with Credit Bureau Policy

REALTOR must provide ALL of the following documents:
- Copy of the Listing/Management Agreement with the Property Owner.
- Copy of a valid Real Estate License.
- Copy of a valid business license and website URL if one exists.
- Clear copy of a valid driver's license.

PROPERTY MANAGER must provide ALL of the following documents:
- Property Management Agreement which is signed by you and the property owner.
- Clear copy of your valid driver's license.
- Utility bill or cell phone bill listing your name and current residence address.
- Copy of a valid business license.

3. The turn around time for the reports that you order online is 2-3 minutes and they are posted to your account on the website
4. Review the Operating Instructions that you will receive immediately after sign up.
5. TVS will activate your account when documents are received. If application or documents are submitted after Office hours, TVS will activate you the next business day. Please make sure that your documents are faxed or emailed to TVS. Also note that the documents need to show the rental property address and your name (they need to be clear enough so TVS Operators can read them).
TIP: When photocopying documents, set the photocopier to light, particularly for a Driver's License.
6. There is a BBB logo on this page which shows that TVS is an accredited member in good standing. There are very few tenant screening companies that show this logo.
