TVS does not require documents from you for these three reports. Only Experian Credit Bureau requires documents as listed in Membership page.  Some landlords limit their tenant screening to to the above noted reports, therefore TVS has made it easy. 

Only when requesting a Consumer Credit Report are you required to submit documents as listed in the Membership page.

So as soon as your account is activated (during business hours) you can order a criminal + eviction + applicant verification search without submitting documents.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain a consumer credit report in addition to the above noted reports for tenant screening purposes and to reduce risk of rental income loss. So at your earliest convenience please submit required documents.
