OPTION 2 - TVS Account WITH Site Inspection

By choosing this option, you are signing up for an account with TVS and you wish to have a Physical Site Inspection completed. This means that once your TVS account is activated, you will have access to order a Full Credit Report with all of the credit account details.

A Physical Site Inspection means that a certified inspector will inspect the office from which you conduct your tenant screening, home or business to determine if it meets the Site Inspection Criteria.

Home offices are required to have annual inspections. Business offices only require a one time inspection unless the office location is moved. The Physical Site Inspection is required by all 3 major credit bureaus.

The reason for the inspection is to ensure data safety. The credit bureaus need to confirm that the end user (you) is taking the necessary measures to keep all personal information regarding their applicants and tenants safe and confidential.

The cost of a Physical Site Inspection is $54.00 unless you reside in the state of Nevada where the cost is $95.00. The reason why Nevada is more expensive is because the State requires the use of a private investigator to do the inspection.
